Returns, Refunds and Exchanges If the event you have booked is cancelled, rescheduled or changed location you are entitles to a refund of the face value of the ticket. If the face value has been reduced the refund will be for the discounted face value only. If an event is rescheduled your ticket will remain valid for us but if you can't make it then you are entitled to a full refund. You are not entitled to a refund if you can no longer attend an event. You are not entitled to a refund if you are refused entry or ejected from an event. You are also not entitled to a refund if an understudy is used in place of a show's headline star or a headlining star changes from the ones advertised in the line-up. Otherwise, within 30 days of purchasing you can obtain a refund by using the Contact Us page.
